Small Business Public Goods Fund Awareness - SB-Cal EPA Grant Milestones

On August 1st, 2006, SB-California participated in a panel discussion sponsored by the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners where the value of Public Goods Charge Funds was a major focus.  The Panel addressed several questions from Commissioners around the country regarding how the funds are collected and used.  Since an Energy Action Plan signed by Commissioners from several states promoting energy efficiency was part of this conference, this discussion addressed a timely subject as states begin to assess strategies for encouraging energy savings.
