Eliminates provisions in Workers' Compensation
Law requiring an employer to pay an injured
employee a decreased amount of permanent
disability benefits if, within a specified time
period of a disability becoming permanent and
stationary, the employer offers the injured

alternative work, within specified time periods
in existing law, regardless of whether the
injured employee accepts or rejects the offer.
Revises the formula for permanent disability
benefits. |
